About Our Service
At ALyece Lenae, alterations are approached with precision, structure, and refined attention to fit. Each garment is professionally assessed in-studio to determine the scope of work required and the best tailoring approach for your body and the garment’s construction.
Whether refining everyday pieces or adjusting formal garments, our process ensures a clean, balanced finish with an elevated standard of detail.
Standard turnaround is two weeks, with rush services available upon request.
Alterations Policies
Assessment & Payment
All garments must be evaluated in person prior to alteration. Pricing is determined at the time of assessment based on the scope and complexity of work required. Full payment is due at the time of garment drop-off. Alterations begin once payment is received.
Turnaround Time
Standard (Off-Season): 2 weeks
Peak Season (Feb–June / Sept–Nov): 4 weeks
Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to studio approval and availability.
Garment Condition
All garments must be clean and free of stains, odors, and prior damage before drop-off. The studio reserves the right to refuse service on garments that do not meet this requirement.
Pickup
Garments must be picked up within 14 days of completion notification. The studio is not responsible for garments left beyond 30 days after notification unless prior arrangements are made.
Alterations Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all our clients, we kindly request adherence to our alterations cancellation policy:
Notification: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your alterations appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Exceptions: We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Day Wear Alterations
We tailor everyday garments for perfect fit and comfort. Services include hemming, waist/hip and sleeve/shoulder adjustments, zipper/closure replacements, and reshaping for better drape. Ideal for office wear, casual pieces, or daytime events—expert craftsmanship that refines silhouette and wearability.
Formal Wear Alterations
For gowns and elevated pieces worn to special events such as galas, proms, black-tie affairs, and evening celebrations. During this appointment, we assess the fit, structure, and movement of your garment while pinning adjustments such as hemming, bodice shaping, strap or sleeve alterations, and detail refinements.
Suit Alterations Appointment
Designed for structured garments, this appointment focuses on tailoring suits, blazers, trousers, and jackets. We evaluate fit through the shoulders, waist, sleeves, and length to ensure a sharp, professional finish. Ideal for workwear, events, or formal occasions, this service delivers clean lines and a confident fit tailored specifically to you.
